_module_preset=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb text_text_color=\u00a0\u00bb#565656&Prime; hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<p>Le LAB BTP vise \u00e0 co-construire une offre de service inter-OPS (organisme de Protection sociale) avec et \u00e0 l\u2019attention des employeurs du BTP.<\/p>\n<p>Des r\u00e9unions cr\u00e9atives selon la d\u00e9marche design thinking se sont tenues avec des repr\u00e9sentants des 4 OPS (Urssaf \/CPAM 31 \/ CARSAT \/ CAF 31 ) et 12 employeurs du BTP et repr\u00e9sentants des F\u00e9d\u00e9rations du B\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs du BTP ont ainsi pu exprimer leurs besoins, \u00e0 partir desquels 50 id\u00e9es et propositions co-construites avec les diff\u00e9rents OPS ont pu \u00eatre imagin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une offre de service globale est en cours de d\u00e9ploiement. Elle se mat\u00e9rialisera par\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un mini-site permettant aux employeurs du BTP d\u2019avoir un nouveau canal de communication pour une probl\u00e9matique d\u2019urgence ou un blocage impactant plusieurs OPS afin d\u2019avoir une r\u00e9ponse globale<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des webinaires inter-OPS ateliers th\u00e9matiques, des ateliers th\u00e9matique et un guide des offres de service des OPS<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019appui de la CAF et de l\u2019Urssaf au check-up personnalis\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 Relation Entreprise de la CPAM<\/li>\n<\/ul>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_3&Prime;
